COOP-Plantage
The Plantage comprises two Dutch properties that Caprice has redeveloped itself. Originally a building housing a bank and a chemist, it has been completely rebuilt with the ground and first floors having been designed for hotel and catering establishments and the floors above designed for office space. By employing high-quality materials and opting for a wealth of classical architecture, a property of unique quality has been created. Due to its prominent location, the property makes a contemporary contribution to the historical atmosphere in the centre of Kampen.

Caprice 1
The portfolio consists of five German properties situated in five different municipalities. One of the properties is on an A1 location in the centre of Rheine. The ground floor of this property is used by retailers while the upper floors are occupied by physicians, causing it to be referred to locally as ‘Ärtzehaus’. The other locations house the fast-food restaurants McDonald's and Burger King. These retailers are sited in locations easily accessible to the travelling public and have rental contracts with terms in excess of fifteen years.

Caprice 2
The Star-portfolio consists of two locations both of which are easily accessible to the travelling public, a Burger King and a fuel station are sited on one location, whilst the other is a separate filling station. Both locations represent rental contracts with terms varying from eighteen to thirty years! The properties in the portfolios are both sited in the Dortmund region of Germany.

Caprice 3
The Hansa-portfolio consists of eight locations and is extremely varied in respect of the tenants, the types of property and the locations themselves. All ‘shapes and sizes’ are present here; from inner-city sites bordering pedestrian precincts to sites on the edge of urban conurbations occupied by large, nationally operating retailers. The properties are in Hannover, Nordhorn and Rheine.

In brief, the Caprice portfolio consists of eighteen properties and more than seventy tenants, whereby about 75 percent relates to shops, 22 percent to rooms for medical practitioners, and the remainder to either residential housing or offices.
