Property management

The day-to-day management of the property is carried out by Hoffsingel Real Estate BV in Wassenaar. Both the asset management and the property management are the responsibility of Hoffsingel. Hoffsingel is an external and independent company. Caprice is therefore purely a property vehicle. Consequently, its administration and management are carried out by the Hoffsingel staff.

Hoffsingel not only undertakes work for Caprice but for several other parties as well. The total portfolio of all the investment properties it manages is valued in excess of EUR 350 million. Hoffsingel is supported by a permanent team of specialists, such as legal experts, accountants, valuators, architects et cetera. Strategic decisions are taken by Caprice’s executive board; while the details and structure of these decisions are subsequently worked out within Hoffsingel. In order to track the growth of the German market from a management perspective, an office was opened in Rheine in mid 2008.
