Philosophy

In the first instance, Caprice Real Estate is a property company and, in the second instance, a provider of investment opportunities to, primarily, private investors.

Caprice concentrates on retail property. Currently, its total portfolio has an investment value of around EUR 36.2 million spread over eighteen sites and more than seventy tenants.

The policy within Caprice is characterised by flexibility and a hands-on approach, whereby the concept sustainability plays a central role.

Sustainability in relation to property is interpreted by Caprice as being investment in properties and sites that will, from a property perspective, generate added value in the longer term.

Sustainability in relation to the provision of investment opportunities is interpreted by Caprice as the transparent structuring of investment products, based on realistic return projections and a considered relationship between risk and return.

Caprice is not the fastest growing player in the sector and, due its way of working and focus on retail property, could be more readily described as a niche player.
